DESCRIPTION:In this course\, participants will gain a thorough understanding of Blomberg Rhythmic Movement Training (BRMT). They will explore the fundamentals of BRMT and learn how rhythmic exercises can be employed to: \n\nRegulate muscle tone\nStimulate the brain\nEnhance attention and impulse control\nIntegrate primitive reflexes\nSupport physical development\n\nThe course combines both theory and practical application.
