DESCRIPTION:In this course\, participants will gain a thorough understanding of Blomberg Rhythmic Movement Training (BRMT). They will explore the fundamentals of BRMT and learn how rhythmic exercises can be employed to: \n\nRegulate muscle tone\nStimulate the brain\nEnhance attention and impulse control\nIntegrate primitive reflexes\nSupport physical development\n\nThe course combines both theory and practical application. Participants will engage in passive and active movements designed to stimulate the brain stem\, basal ganglia and cerebellum. \nReflexes that will be covered include: \n\nTonic Labyrinthine Reflex (TLR)\nLandau Reflex\nAmphibian Reflex\nBabinski Reflex\nSpinal Galant Reflex\nSymmetrical Tonic Neck Reflex (STNR)\n\nNo previous experience required. \nCourse location: Mississauga\, Ontario \nCourse instructor: \nLori Westlake \nCourse dates & times: \nSaturday September 26\, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST\, AND\nSunday September 27\, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST \nParticipants must attend all 16 hours of the course to receive certification. \nCourse cost: \nEarly Bird Price for In Person  — $450.00\nRegister by September 1\, 2026 for early bird pricing. \nRegular Price for in Person — $475.00 \nReview Price — $275.00\n*proof of certificate in BRMT training required \nClass refund policy \nA full refund will be provided if participant cancels prior to 14 days before the start of a course\, minus a 5% processing fee.
