BRMT Level Two: Online Blomberg Rhythmic Movement Training, Emotions and Inner Leadership, the Limbic System

This 4-day online course (3 to 4 hour session per day) enables us to work with movements to get in touch with our emotions, assist with self-regulation, and stabilize emotions when they threaten to take control. The course also deals with reflexes that especially affect our emotions: the Fear Paralysis reflex, the Moro reflex and the Tendon Guard reflex. It is a necessary tool for anyone who wishes to work with rhythmic movement training.

During course times, you will need to have someone at your home to do the isometrics with. One week prior to course, estimated time breakdown for course content and partner work will be provided to assist with organizing partner work.
