BRMT Level Two: Online Blomberg Rhythmic Movement Training, Emotions and Inner Leadership, the Limbic System

This 4-day online course (3 to 4 hour session per day) enables us to work with movements to get in touch with our emotions, assist with self-regulation, and stabilize emotions when they threaten to take control.
