BRMT Level Two: Emotions and Inner Leadership, the Limbic System

In this 3-day online or in-person course participants will study the relationships between reflexes and our emotions, our challenges, our fears, and paralysis due to fear. It clarifies the role of the limbic system in emotional control and stress, and how the BRMT integrative exercises are very effective for working with individuals with Autism, ADHD, OCD, emotional outbursts, self-regulation challenges, sensory difficulties, and many other issues.
Note: At various times during the course, you will need to have someone at your home to do the exercises with. One week prior to course, estimated time breakdown for course content and partner work will be provided to assist with organizing partner work.
