Level 1 is a comprehensive introduction to Blomberg Rhythmic Movement Training. In this 16-hour course, participants learn the basics of BRMT including how to test 6 primitive reflexes, as well as learn and practice a series of rhythmic movements and isometric pressure techniques to integrate them. Integrating reflexes regulates muscle tone and stimulates the brain, improving attention, impulse control, and physical development.
This course held in Waterloo, involves a combination of theory and practice. Reflexes covered include, but not limited to: Tonic Labyrinthine Reflex (TLR), Symmetrical Tonic Neck Reflex (STNR) and Babinski.
No previous experience required.

Participants that attend online are strongly encouraged to have someone to work with during the course time.
Schedule will be given one week prior to the course start date with estimated times for partner work.
Class refund policy
A full refund will be provided if participant cancels prior to 14 days before the start of a course, minus a 5% processing fee. If a participant cancels between 8-13 days before the start of the class, they will forfeit their $100 deposit. Their remaining balance can be put towards a future class or be refunded. Any cancellations made within 7 days of the start of a course are non-refundable, but tuition may be put towards a future class on a case-by-case basis at the instructor’s discretion.
