BRMT Level Two: Online Blomberg Rhythmic Movement Training, Emotions and Inner Leadership, the Limbic System

February 26 @ 9:00 am - March 6 @ 1:00 pm

In this level 2 online course, we study the relationships between reflexes and our emotions, our challenges, our fears, and paralysis due to fear. It clarifies the role of the limbic system in emotional control and stress, and how the BRMT integrative exercises are very effective for working with individuals with Autism, ADHD, OCD, emotional outbursts, self-regulation challenges, sensory difficulties, and many other issues.

In this course we will study the reflexes that especially affect our emotions: the Fear Paralysis Reflex, the Moro Reflex and the Tendon Guard Reflex. It is a necessary tool for anyone who wishes to work with rhythmic movement training.

Participants will review the basics of BRMT and how to muscle check the following 6 Reflexes: Fear Paralysis, Moro, Tendon Guard, Spinal Perez, Tonic Labyrinthine (TLR), and Symmetrical Tonic Neck Reflex.
Participants will review the 5 passive movements, review 10 active movements, learn variations on the movements for the Cerebellum, and learn 4 new Isometric techniques to help integrate reflexes.

Note: At various times during the course, you will need to have someone at your home to do the exercises with. One week prior to course, estimated time breakdown for course content and partner work will be provided to assist with organizing partner work.
